From the first phone call, to the completion of the work, it has been first class. When discussing the planned work, it is a two way conversation that can be tweaked at anytime until you are happy with what you are wanting done. When the work starts you are kept up to date with what is going on and when. If in my case unforeseen problems arise (it's amazing what is hidden behind plaster board!!) we discussed the best way forward and the work gets done to a high standard. The good thing about South West Trades is you don't have to organise different trades teams at specific times of the project, they organise themselves, for example when an electrician is required they are in do the job then out. The finish of the work is quality and very high standard. I would recommend South West Trades to anyone who is needing to update or upgrade their home. And I will definitely be using them again in the future. What a team!
Dawn- Shebburn Medical Practice
South West Trades carried out internal building alterations for the surgery 'Shebburn Medical Practice' in New Abbey in March this year. The work was carried out to an excellent standard and in a timely manner.
The workmen turned up when they said they would and were always professional and courteous, keeping me fully informed on progress.
The surgery remained open to the public whilst work was undertaken with very little disruption.

Living in an old house we have had a number of jobs needing doing, ranging from steps outside our French doors, a modern skylight being fitted and, lastly, a large window being fitted in a bedroom. We have also very recently needed a plumber following a serious
leak and Southwest Trades had a plumber at our house within an hour- we could not have received better service anywhere. All jobs received the best standard of workmanship and this was made more pleasurable by the friendly and professional attitude of the
workmen who came to carry out the work. We would recommend Southwest Trades to anyone needing work done and this could be plumbing, electrical or general building work - all would be to the same high standard. We ourselves will not consider going to another
company for any future work.
